What equipment is recommended for membership?

The Essential Principles level of the Academy is where transformation begins—no equipment required. This foundational level is all about breaking down false beliefs, misconceptions, misinformation, and misunderstandings. Coach Jessica focuses on reteaching, clarifying, myth-busting, and creating new, empowering beliefs about what’s truly possible for injured runners and athletes in pain.


Equipment becomes essential as you advance into higher levels of the Academy, like Athletic Mastery, Mobility Code, or Run Intel. At those stages, a foam roller and resistance bands are mandatory tools for success. Other optional equipment may include kettlebells, a sturdy chair or bench, and a mat or pillow for added comfort during exercises targeting your knees or elbows.


At Essential Principles, you need an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to creating real change in your body and your life. Let’s start by reshaping how you think about movement, mobility, and the root causes of pain!

How do I change my password?

To update your password:

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to My Account or Dashboard.

  3. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan.

  4. Click Change Plan and then Cancel Membership.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which access will be removed.
